CYC Parents!

Now Youth Camp is an annual tradition for CYC. We're excited to be returning again in 2024!

The camp has experienced exponential growth and due to the limitations of the facilities we've been limited to 50 student spots which will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Along with priority for current Calvary Church & CYC members/attendees.

Due to the growth and administrative changes with the camp there was a delay in getting the necessary information to us. We received final confirmation of our dates and the final cost. We have new dates (7/8-7/12) & we have a higher cost from the camp.

There are some hard deadlines placed on us by the camp that will require your attention to confirm your student's spot. I know that the short time frame and higher cost is inconvenient, and I apologize for the inconvenience. We've been working hard with the camp administration to get this information to you as quickly as possible. Now, here is the important info...

$450

Deadlines:
Wednesday, May 8th = $50 Deposit for Calvary & CYC Member/Attendee Spot Reservation
Thursday, May 9th - Sunday, May 12th = $50 Deposit for Non Member/Attendee Spot Reservation (If Available)
Sunday, June 16th = Final Payment of remaining $400 due

There will be Parent/Student Meeting in the Great Hall following the
10:30 am Service on Sunday June 30th. Be sure to attend!
