Our Women’s Conference is a two-day event designed just for you! Don’t miss this opportunity to deepen your relationship with God and connect with other incredible women. You can expect a weekend filled with powerful God moments, inspiring messages, dynamic worship, and lots of fun and laughter. Our conference theme, “MASTERPIECE,” will remind us of our immeasurable worth and God’s great love for us! Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” What a joy it is to know that God calls us His masterpiece and has a purpose for each of us. God desires to see His daughters walking confidently, knowing that we matter to Him and were created to bring Him glory!

What are the times for the conference?
Friday, September 27th - 7pm-8:30pm (Opening Session) / After Party 8:30-9:30pm
Saturday, September 28th - 9am-5:00pm (ending time is approximate)
If I can’t come on both days, can I pay for a single-day ticket?
Yes! A single-day ticket is $30.
Will childcare be provided?
Yes! Childcare is provided for children ages 6 weeks to 5th grade.
How old do you have to be to attend the conference?
It is a women’s conference for ages 18 and over.
Will there be a Spanish speaking translator?
We will have Spanish translation available (through headphones) during our main sessions. Additionally, we are excited to have two completely Spanish breakout sessions this year!
Do you have to be a member of Calvary Church to attend?
Absolutely not! Our conference is a wonderful opportunity to invite as many friends as possible. Bring them all!!
I’m not able to pay the cost of registration. Can I still come?
Yes! We will have scholarships available for members of Calvary Church. Please let us know if you need financial assistance and we will make it happen! You can email Pastor Dinora at pastordinora@calvaryftw.com if you are in need.
I would love to be a blessing to someone and pay for their registration. What do I need to do?
Thank you for your generosity! There are several ways to give.
- You can visit us at the registration table and make your donation there.
- You can place a check in one of our offering bins but be sure to designate what it is for.
- You can give online via our website or mobile app and fill out the form for sponsorships.
Will there be food included?
Yes! There will be light snacks at our After Party. A light breakfast snack Saturday morning. Lunch on Saturday afternoon and a light snack before dismissal. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will also be available. We’ve got you covered!
Can I show up to the conference without registering?
Only if registration is still open. There will be limited space available, so it’s best to get registered as soon as possible to guaranty your spot. If it fills up, we will have to close registration. Thank you for understanding.
What is the attire for the conference?
We recommend that you come casual and comfortable, but you can still look cute!
Will I be able to get a refund if something comes up and I’m not able to attend?
In the event of an emergency and you are not able to make it, we will be happy to refund your money.
